This offer provides high-impact branding tools and visibility support — completely free, as part of our “Supporting the Locals – Veterans Edition”.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this program, your business must meet all of the following:

  • Be at least 51% veteran-owned
  • Be registered and active in the State of Florida
  • Operate in or serve Hillsborough County, FL
  • Follow us on Instagram: @asdepicasdesign

We welcome veteran-owned businesses in all industries — from trades and wellness to consulting and services.

What We Provide (Free of Charge)

If selected, your business will receive a professionally crafted support package including:
  • ✅ Online Visibility Assessment — Full review of your website, social media, and Google presence with actionable recommendations.
  • ✅ Logo Refresh or Branding Kit — New or updated logo, fonts, colors, and visual identity guidelines.
  • ✅ Google Business Profile Optimization — Setup or improvement of your local listing for better search visibility.
  • ✅ Branded One-Sheet (PDF) — A polished flyer or brochure to showcase your services and contact info.
  • ✅ Social Media Graphics — Profile banners and branded visuals to enhance your online presence.

This package is valued at over $1,500 — provided at no cost to selected veteran-owned businesses.

Program Scope & Service Offerings

This initiative offers one-time design services — not ongoing marketing or IT support. What’s Included:
  • One-time design deliverables (logo, PDF, graphics)
  • One-page landing page (with hosting for 1 year)
  • Google Business Profile setup or refresh
  • Design templates tailored to your goals

Not Included:
  • Domain purchase or hosting beyond 1 year
  • Custom-coded websites or e-commerce setup
  • Email setup or server tech support
  • Copywriting or proofreading
  • Revisions after design approval

Terms & Legal Notice

By applying to or participating in the “Supporting the Locals” program by As de Picas Design Studio (“the Studio”), you agree to the following terms:
  1. Eligibility & Accuracy: You confirm all submitted information is true and meet all program requirements. The Studio may revoke access upon discovering inaccurate claims.
  2. Scope: Services are limited, provided once, and described above. Ongoing support or requests outside the scope will not be included.
  3. Templates: Design work will be created using our Studio’s templates. You will choose the option that best aligns with your goals.
  4. Approvals: Once a template or design is approved, it is final. Changes requested after approval may be declined or billed separately.
  5. Text Content: All text provided by you must be final. We do not offer editing or rewriting services under this program.
  6. Media Use: You must own or have full rights to all content (logos, images, etc.) you send us. We are not liable for third-party usage claims.
  7. Ownership: You own the final approved deliverables. We may showcase the finished project in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
  8. Response Time: If we don’t hear from you within 7 calendar days of selection or feedback requests, your slot may be forfeited.
  9. Selection & Publicity: Selected businesses will be announced via our Instagram. Selection is at the Studio’s discretion and based on alignment and availability.
  10. Abuse & Submissions: No more than 3 applications per business. Attempts to game the system may result in disqualification.
  11. Limitation of Liability: Services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee business results and are not liable for any losses from use of deliverables.
  12. Indemnification: You agree to hold us harmless from any legal claims related to your content or misuse of our work.
  13. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, outages, emergencies).
  14. Changes & Cancellation: We may modify or end the program at any time without notice.
  15. Independent Relationship: This is not a partnership or employment agreement. We act as independent contractors.
  16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Hillsborough County.
